Aliens Group - Manager - Digital Marketing/Campaign Management (2-4 yrs)
Digital Marketing Campaign
We are looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Manager to optimize the practice of measuring, managing and analyzing marketing campaigns to maximize its effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
With direct reporting into Head - Marketing of the company, you will be responsible for managing the digital campaigns to establish consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus develop insights into campaign impact on customer acquisition, revenue, brand awareness, and more.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Work on paid campaigns on Facebook, Google analytics, Instagram, Linkedin, Taboola and Outbrain for digital lending products
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Build, design & track campaigns across channels (outbound, inbound, social media, portals etc.)
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies - provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Essential requirements are:
- Top 10 Digital marketing Institutes.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
- Strong analytical background with proven experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns
- Good communication skills and clarity of thought while discussing ideas
- Strong understanding of various digital platforms
- Comfort with operating in VUCA environment
