Aliens Group - Lead Generation Role (1-2 yrs)

Aliens Group is a premium real estate player and poised to dominate Hyderabad real estate market with 1 Cr+ premium flats and a land bank of 1500+ acres.
The Role :
- We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Lead Generator as part of our high performing Sales Team with a maximum of 1 year of experience in a similar profile across the industry. The incumbent will be responsible for optimising business targets, expanding customer database, championing set annual targets, and cross-selling initiatives.
- S/he will be required to generate new leads through multiple online/offline channels and travel across locations as per need basis. The incumbent would work in a high-paced team environment with multiple team members. S/he would be based out of Hyderabad and would report to the respective Lead Mover.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generating a large number of leads and passing on the same to Lead Mover
- Expanding customer database manifold
- Pitching unique features of the project/product to potential customers and ensuring closures
- Resolve all project related inquiries and ensure cent percent customer satisfaction
- Expanding outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives
Candidate Profile :
Specifically, the candidate should have :
- Excellent academic record with 80% or more in at least one board examination or higher
- Undergraduate and Post-graduate (if applicable) from NIRF ranked campus
- At least 1-year work experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Extremely comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, emailing, referrals, messaging, etc.
