Aliens Group - Executive - Sales (2-6 yrs)
Primary roles & responsibilities include:
- Convert leads into activities and monitor Sales Executives to get the maximum leads
- Convert activities into closures and motivate team for maximum conversions
- Prepare sales plan with the team to execute sales & marketing strategies
- Execute and manage commercial sales operations, responsible for high-rise apartments
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and costs to achieve the company targets
- Interact with clients to determine business requirements
- Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
- Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness
- Resolve all complex enquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction
