Aliens Group - Executive - Business Development (0-6 yrs)
The Role -
- We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic fresher for the role of Pre-Sales Executive as part of our Sales team. The task of the Executive will start from the initial contact phase and often end once the customer has been acquired i.e. sale is made.
- In some cases, they will also provide some initial or post-sale transitional support.
- The incumbent would work in a high-paced team environment. S/he would be based in Hyderabad and would report to the Pre-Sales Head.
Key Responsibilities -
- Understand and closely analyse the customer's requirements
- Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the Leads Generated through various marketing activities and providing them necessary project details over email or Whatsapp; doing regular follow up and ensuring customers site visit
- Responsible for entire pre-sales function, from leads handling to ensuring site visits
- Coordinating with sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in excel
- Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation; regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions
- Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system. Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
Specifically, the candidate should have:
- B.Tech./MBA/PGDM from NIRF ranked campus with excellent academic record.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, mailing, referrals, messaging etc.
- Understanding of sales channel/ real estate/ products etc.
