Aliens Group - Closing Manager (2-8 yrs)
1. Understanding and closely analyzing the customer's requirements
2. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and providing them with necessary project details over email or Whatsapp
3. Initiating regular follow-ups and ensuring customer's site visit
4. Taking responsibility for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to ensuring site visits
5. Coordinating with the sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
6. Handling follow-up with customers & managing a database of leads allocation; regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions
7. Ensuring timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system, submitting any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
