Primary roles & responsibilities include :
- Prepare sales plan with the team to execute sales & marketing strategies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods to achieve the targets
- Convert leads into activities and monitor Sales Executives to get the maximum leads
- Pitch the unique features of the project to the potential customers
- Convert activities into closures and motivate team for maximum conversions
- Maintain potential customer data bank
- Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness
- Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Reviewing own performance against targets as you gain experience
Basic requirements include :
- Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills .
Minimum qualification: Graduate (completed) with minimum 80% marks in any 2 of the exams class 10th or Intermediate or Graduation or Post-Graduation or achievement in extra-curricular at district or state level
