- We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role involves proactively contacting potential clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our services. You'll collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify customer needs and offer customized solutions.

Profile requirements :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Prospect and generate leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales techniques.

- Qualify leads and conduct initial needs assessments to understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT services.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotes based on customer needs and budget constraints.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing department to provide feedback on lead-generation campaigns and contribute to developing sales collateral.

- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote our services.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Able to craft unique strategies & write-ups for different target groups

- Lead generation through various sales/marketing activities

- Undergoing cold calling, email, and digital campaigns

- Responsible for the initial qualification involving new and/or emerging business opportunities

- Explore and understand the prospect's requirements and suggest the best-fitted solution for them

- Demonstrate excellent communication & Negotiation skills through all communication channels.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of Experience in B2B IT services sales, preferably in the US region.

- Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science or Electronics.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
