Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify key VCs/ A&Is/ Startup Communities with portfolio companies that have Legal solution needs / Tax consulting needs and drive engagement with them.

- Developing business targeting the PE & VC Ecosystem globally.

- Sales Management - Define KPIs and structure to monitor KPIs.

- Develop & Implement model(s) to support Business Development activity.

- Provide insights through financial and investment analysis that allows the business partners to drive superior decision-making.

Experience:

- MBA/ Post Graduate in Finance

- Min.5 -6 years of Exp with 1-3 years of equity research, management consulting or other commercial business development experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability gain respect of senior management and external executives.

- Proficient in Financial Analysis, Business Development.

- Strong Analytical and Data gathering skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
