Alcor Fund - AVP/Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development (5-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To work for domestic Sales team and coordinating with CXO level people associated with Indian Companies.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Scheduling, conducting and successfully concluding multiple rounds of meetings with the top management & key decision makers of prospective companies, at various stages and effectively close the business and collect the respective payments.
- Present growth solutions, resolving queries & converting portfolios for further processes.
- To be accountable for effective revenue management and to work in close coordination with Operations / MIS team for revenue generation.
- To participate in teleconferences and meetings with forum Companies (Indian, EUROPE & US) at all stages from deal origination to deal closure.
- To build up an elite network of ALCOR associates PAN India and to ensure brand building and brand promotion.
- Extensively assist in strengthening associate alliances, recruiting, building up and monitoring Sales teams for associates at various locations.
- To adhere to the established processes, procedures, forms and reporting formats and uphold the internal QMS.
- To ensure achievement of organizational objectives.
- Align and set up monthly forecasts/plan/sales strategies for team, in sync with organizational goals
- To carry out research work and study the market with respect to industry categorization.
- To rollout strategies & execute plans for business development.
- Strategic planning for business development activities.

Qualifications/Education : Post graduate in Marketing/Sales from a good institute
