Alchemy Group - Regional Head - Sales (6-12 yrs)
- Be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the entire sales department including individual contributor's performance, development and growth
- Lead the entire West Region for Influencer Marketing for all brands on board
- Create an aggressive outreach program that will pitch our network to advertisers, brands, agencies and intermediaries for direct sales
- Work with cross functional teams that deals with Influencers, Bloggers and celebrities for campaigns
- Educating and pitching to partners for future associations
- Be responsible for monthly targets, and revenue of the region and drive more business month on month
- Manage, recruit, train and mentor the sales team staff
- Identifying valuable emerging markets and accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to the constant shifts in the marketplace
- Manage high profile client relationships with companies, agencies and other revenue generating partners
