Akshitara - Telecalling Role (2-3 yrs)
Job Role:
- We are looking for an engaged tele caller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the tele caller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.
Job Duties :
- Understanding the details of each course/programs offering
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other customer service role.
- High school diploma; B.sc/BA will be added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of the English/Kannada/Hindi language.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Good knowledge of Telephone skills.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
- Ability to switch communication styles.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
