Job Description :
- The Main Sources / Focus of raising funds for this position would be the corporate sector.
- The mechanisms will include grants, donations, events, cause related marketing, employee giving Etc.
- Will be responsible for revenue targets to meet organization objectives
- Will work on generating leads and maintain the sales funnel
- Will be responsible for streamlining donor reports and coordinating new proposal development.
- Will present and pitch for CSR grants and facilitate employee engagement activities
- Will network effectively to represent TAPF in the government & corporate sectors
- Must have proven experience in fund raising and managing donor relationships
Qualification and Competencies :
- Must have a passion to work in the development sector with a flair for extensive networking
- Applicants with a Post Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant discipline will be preferred
- Applicant must have between 5+ years of experience in fund raising, business development, marketing, or related fields
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team handling & management skills
- Willing to travel extensively
