Akna Medical - Executive - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Role :
We are looking for a Digital Marketer who has a solid grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our eCommerce channel
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners whenever required
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Must-haves :
- Someone who brings zest to the table and loves experimenting with digital tools till the best results is achieved
- You have the grit to work in independent scenarios, firefight and resolve things on the go
- Data-driven thinking.
Basic Requirements :
- 5+ years of digital marketing, preferably in marketing/creative agencies
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns + ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
