Akarshan NZ - eCommerce Account Manager - Social Media Marketing (4-17 yrs)
- We are seeking a SEO strategist to Plan and execute the monthly SEO work based on a defined strategy. As the Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and proactively managing social networks, providing marketing solutions, and able to handle Facebook, Tik Tok Ad Accounts along with marketplace channels of our e-commerce platform.
SEO Duties :
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Provide off/on-page optimization.
- Conduct technical audits and provide recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, intent analysis and keyword mapping.
- Provide local SEO optimization for GMB.
- Read, respond and derive insights from customer reviews.
- Share ideas that shape our marketing strategy at large.
- Provide ongoing support and solutions on Social Media content & paid social Ads to ensure objectives are being met.
- Assist the team with the development and execution of social media strategies.
- Create, administer and execute relevant paid social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, tok tok etc. to increase brand exposure and lead generation.
- Conduct A/B Testing to measure, analyze and optimize the value of the campaign throughout.
- Track social media campaigns to ensure they are achieving intended results.
- Research competitors and trends.
- Deliver reporting & analytics.
- Must able to handle ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJio, TataCliq, and Nykaa (or similar).
- Must have experience of Retail E-Commerce Marketplaces with at least 2-3 years of experience.
- Also, as communication with POCs is a must for these marketplaces, fluent English is something we are looking for.
- Sole custodian of business for the Ecommerce accounts with the specified set of platforms.
- Building a strong presence in E-commerce channel in the given accounts, with clear merchandising lead indicators.
- Track daily/weekly sales across customers and work towards betterment in the same
- Responsible for revenue, business growth and also costs/budget management.
- Grow a Portfolio of Platforms actively dealing in your set of brands.
- Maintaining all sellout and stock data in relevant formats
- Must be able to manage and hire team members as the business grows.
Requirements :
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Must have worked on retail brand.
- Knowledge of all the SEO aspects (off-page, on-page, technical).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush and ScreamingFrog.
- Great communication skills.
- Skilled at guiding non-specialists through SEO issues and concepts.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in social media marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the majority of these social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Experience creating and executing Paid Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns
- Experience working with social media management tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and spoken.
- Copywriting experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Canva etc.) is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
