A.K Lumbers - Executive - Telecalling (0-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1) Answering incoming calls, understanding the basic requirements of the callers and providing them with accurate information.
2) Forwarding the calls to our sales team based on the caller and their requirements.
3) Understanding the product portfolio and effectively communicating that with the callers
4) Maintaining CRM report and coordinating with management regarding incoming inquiries, conversion rates.
5) Providing feedback about the market and products.
Qualifications :
1) Previous experience in a similar role of more 0-5 years is preferred. Job is also open to freshers
2) Bachelor's or Vocational Degree in any field.
3) Working Knowledge of Excel/Google Business Suite and
4) Proficiency in communication via Email etc.
5) Strong people skills and ability to build lasting relationships through networking.
6) Ambitious and ability to work in teams.
7) Fluency in English and Hindi.
