Strategic Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government and defence organisations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Business Development and Growth : Identify new business opportunities within government and defence sectors and develop strategies to increase market share.
Tender and Proposal Management : Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals, and bids, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Work experience & Qualification required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within government and defence sectors.
- Demonstrated success in securing government and defence contracts with a deep understanding of procurement processes.
