Who are we looking for:

1. A sales representative with prior experience in Enterprise sales/B2B sales/Consultative sales /Solution sales/SPIN Selling/Concept Selling.

2. Someone with a keen interest in selling cutting-edge technology products.

3. Strong communicator with persuasion skills

3. Experience in the AR/VR industry will be an added advantage.

4. Experience in working with startups or is ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

1. Understand the customer needs, pain points and pitch the offerings of the organization.

2. Driving sales in the small and medium enterprises business in the assigned territory.

3. Creating business proposals and sending Minutes of Meetings on a daily basis with the clients.

Minimum work experience & Qualification required:

Total 8-10 years of work experience especially in enterprise/B2B sales.

1. Experience in enterprise/B2B sales

2. Strong negotiation, relationship building and objection handling skills

What would you be expected to do:

1. As a Business Development Manager you will be working closely with the business development team to identify new business opportunities, reach out to potential customers via email and LinkedIn, conduct discovery and demo calls and closing the sale.

2. Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components.

3. You would be responsible for contacting and engaging with government and non governmental agencies and pitching enterprise level products and services.

4. Managing accounts - Nurturing relationships with the new accounts that you will bring in, and gathering intelligence on customers, customer feedback, competitors and market trends.

5. Value selling with strong articulation and consultative approach.

6. Come forward with new ideas, strategies and plans to highlight the value proposition and boost the company's bottom line.

7. Create a sales deck and present to potential customers at CXO level.

8. Track, generate reports and present sales numbers and metrics to the management.
