Job Role : Performance Marketing Executive

Location : Thane (work from the office)

Job Summary :

The Performance Marketing Manager will be planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive measurable results. This individual contributor role requires an expert in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing, along with proficiency in CRM tools.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development :

1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

2. Identify target audiences and plan digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and email marketing.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Campaign Management :

1. Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and email marketing.

2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

3. Utilize A/B testing to continuously refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.

4. Create and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation, personalization, and follow-up strategies.

Lead Generation and CRM :

1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads through various channels.

2. Manage and optimize CRM tools to track and follow up with leads, ensuring efficient and effective communication.

3. Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead generation and follow-up processes.

Analytics and Reporting :

1. Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

2. Use analytics tools to understand customer behavior and campaign impact.

3. Prepare detailed performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

Budget Management :

Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.

Forecast and manage financial performance against budget, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet financial goals.

Collaboration :

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, content, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

2. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign reach and performance.

Innovation and Growth :

1. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

2. Identify new growth opportunities and channels for user acquisition.

3. Experiment with new marketing strategies and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and experience in lead generation and follow-up strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

- Excellent understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
