Who are we looking for:

1. A strategic thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.

2. Someone with a deep understanding of digital trends and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to shape digital strategies.

3. Strong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

4. Experience in the AR/VR industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.

5. A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a proven track record of driving growth through digital channels.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing campaigns, that align with the company's business objectives and drive measurable results.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimise content across multiple digital platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).

3. Analyse and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise digital strategies and achieve KPIs.

Minimum work experience & Qualification required:

- 6-8 years of work experience in digital strategy, marketing, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.

Top 5 Skills you should possess:


1. Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital strategies, including performance marketing.

2. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.

3. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights for optimising campaign performance.

4. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).

5. Creativity and problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying up-to-date with digital trends.

What would you be expected to do:

1. As a Digital Strategist, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design and execute digital campaigns, including performance marketing, that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.

2. Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, improve user experience, and optimise conversion rates across all digital channels.

3. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.

5. Implement and manage digital and performance marketing campaigns, including tracking performance, optimising for success, and reporting insights to stakeholders.

6. Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with innovative digital marketing tactics.

7. Continuously test, measure, and optimise all marketing activities to improve ROI and drive business growth.
