Ajmera Realty & Infra - Manager - Sales (7-12 yrs)
-Sales Target :
- Responsible for managing NRI sales for the organization and overlook retail sales for Wadala site
-Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
- Responsible for achievement for sales target in terms of no. of flats sold for NRI clients and retail clients
P & L Management :
- Ensure target driven sales of flats as per the pricing as decided by management
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and banks
- Responsible for Reduction of Voluntary customer booking cancellation and increase customer retention.
- Business Intelligence Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects
- Map market potential based on various parameters, set targets accordingly to ensure profitability
- Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same
Customer Relations :
- Ensure customer grievances are addressed on timely manner
- Ensure timely Redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
- Ensure proper documentation for all clients
