AJEEVI Technologies - Manager - Presales/Sales (2-10 yrs)
- Identify and win IoT/Telematics business opportunities across the region.
- Identify and establish relationships with key IoT decision makers and partners in the region.
- Maintain and clearly communicate a strong pipeline with the Management that enables revenue targets to be achieved.
- Be the company's IoT expert in the region, spotting and capitalizing on market trends.
- Professionally represent the company in any sales engagement across the region.
- Develop and maintain a sales plan for the region. In particular, the key verticals and customers.
- Own end-to-end sales process right from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies keeping abreast of changing market trends and competitor landscape.
- Keep abreast of best sales practices and promotional trends.
- Perform Cost Benefit and Needs Analysis.
- Develop and improve proposal documentation and monitor all conversations in a chronological manner.
- Present, Promote and Sell solutions using solid arguments to existing clients and prospects (including C-Level executives).
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless deployment and customer experience.
- Represent Intellicar at key IoT and Technology events.
- Constantly provide feedback and shape the product portfolio to remain competitive.
- Regularly communicate a strong understanding of all market and competitor forces.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications :
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Previous experience in B2B consultative sales role within the Technology sector. Any experience in the mobility sector is preferable. Demonstrated experience in closing deals with large companies.
- A thorough understanding of IoT technology including technology limitations.
- Clear commercial mindset, constantly focusing on delivering value to clients.
- Can quickly identify the challenges faced either technological or business, grasp where the value lies and knows how to communicate the value of our solution to the end user.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong presentation skills, especially to C-Level executives, with the ability to get complex messages across clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking skills, thinking creatively to develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong pitching and negotiating skills are a must.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously to deliver the desired results.
- Strong networking skills.
- Comfortable with travel across the region
