Job Overview
Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a mid-level, full-time role where you will be pivotal in driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the packaging industry. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base and ensuring satisfaction among the existing clientele. Employ your expertise in customer relationship management and sales strategy to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, with the ability to maintain and foster long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals while maximizing company margins and meeting customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product benefits and negotiations clearly.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and quotas.
- Skilled in identifying and prospecting new clients and opportunities, expanding the business reach within the industry.
- Experienced in closing deals by addressing client needs and concerns effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and benefit.
- In-depth product knowledge, particularly in packaging and glass products, to advise and educate clients on available options.
- Proficiency in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and drive successful sales cycles.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and industry events, broadening the company's customer base.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve set sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of our glass bottles and jars.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring agreements align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into market trends and sales performance to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals and initiatives.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in glass bottle manufacturing to remain competitive.
