ELIGIBILITY :
- Strong familiarity with local Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate market and Infrastructure expansion
- Sales closures of clients for builders and manage relationships for more leads generations. find more leads through other sources.
- Lead registration.
- Maintaining ongoing relationship with all builders and create relationships with new builders.
- Commissions negotiations/payments with all builders/broker firms.
- Representing company in different industry forums.
- Identify new clients/ prospects and build upon information collated
- Develop and nurture harmonious relationship with existing/new clients though proactive calls, personal meetings, build network
- Build Proposals and presentations for assigned enquiries
- Arrange and conduct Site/ Building Inspections smoothly in terms of planning, punctuality, access to the premises etc.
- Initiate meetings & negotiations ensuring Client, Developer/Landlord and Senior managers are well represented at table
