Responsibilities :
- Marketing & Brand Planning for Ongoing Projects
- Work with creative, digital, media and activation agencies to encapsulate sales insights into effective & innovative marketing solutions
- Work on strategic tie-ups across digital, tech, design and media to create business/PR value for the project. Ideating plans to create a force-multiplier effect and accordingly channelize it to get maximum value
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture partnerships, and collaborate with various teams
- Establishing the company's brand positioning as a leading 360-degree performance marketing agency in Gurgaon by creating and maintaining brand guidelines, managing content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Building top-of-funnel marketing strategies that generate qualified leads by identifying target audiences, developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, executing multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, and analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Required Skills :
- A metrics-driven mindset with an eye for creativity
- A good understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and trends
- The ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve marketing objectives and nurture partnerships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in customer management and performance marketing
