AISECT - Center Manager/Regional Head - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Position Overview :
Lead AISECT's operations in Kerala, driving growth and impact in education, skill development, and digital empowerment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Expand AISECT's presence by establishing new centers.
2. Secure government partnerships and projects.
3. Develop college collaborations for student mobilization.
4. Manage regional operations and team performance.
5. Provide comprehensive data reporting to the leadership team.
6. Place trained candidates in various IT domains.
7. Manage regional offices and their staff.
8. Direct the team to work in a coordinated manner.
9. Provide leadership support to the entire team.
Ideal Candidate :
- 2-3 years of regional management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with government and educational institutions.
- Data-driven decision-maker.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Experience in IT placement or recruitment is a plus.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Kerala.
- Independent problem-solver.
- Understanding of IT industry trends and the job market
