AIS Securitech - Manager - Backend Sales Support (3-5 yrs)
- You will be in charge of managing backend support for sales by developing presentations, BOQ, do market intelligence, plan meetings with prospective clients, work on the CRM data. You will also be tasked with assessing and reporting the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, reporting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your sales people.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales portfolio. Previous experience in a similar sales-related role is a plus.

Manager - Backend Sales Support Responsibilities :
1. Understand our ideal customers and devise strategies for lead generation.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and prospective clients.
3. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
4. Ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
5. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
6. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
7. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
9. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
10. Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
11. Managing budgets for expenses like bonuses, marketing, and travel.
12. Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
13. Prepare and Track Sales Productivity Reports
14. Present Weekly, Monthly and Annual Sales achievements and roadmap to the management
15. Gain technical knowledge on the product for aiding sales and BOQ.
16. Develop a sales team through motivation, counselling and functional and technical product training.
17. Use CRM data to do lead generation.
