Airtel Bank - Manager - Regional Marketing (7-14 yrs)
Brief about the role : Be instrumental in driving business through seamless GTM execution, creating high market visibility, brand recall and micro-marketing initiatives.
Key Deliverables :
- Create visibility to drive TOMA and brand preference at Banking Points, merchants and other multiple distribution channels
- Design new initiatives in retail / merchant space to induce customer excitement for all product categories.
- Devise brand collateral strategy as per different outlet type, in lines with the Bank's Central GTM.
- Create and deploy POS and allied items at most cost effective rates
- Plan and drive ROI linked micro-marketing initiatives, aligned with business teams with key focus on scaling up the revenue - Acquisition, AePS, Remittance, Insurance etc.
- Be the voice of customer in your region ( end customer, retailer, B2B customer etc). Highlight business opportunity, product ideas to central team .
Major Challenges :
- The brand has wide footprint in Urban, Tier 1 / 2, Rural and Underbanked areas. Incumbent has to appreciate the challenges to reach out to customers through multiple communication platforms. Engaging with third party vendors constantly for speed to market is critical to ensure that brand always has the first mover advantage.
- The key to enhancing brand pull and experience is to develop innovative and newer communication strategies in partnership with key stakeholders. It's regional level role which means working closely with different state heads, ZSMs and Airtel marketing teams. The person needs to be adept at handling cross-functional teams with ease.
