Airful - Executive - Inside Sales (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language will be a value add. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Responding to inbound inquiries and converting them into sales.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services.
- Adding and Achieving monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Providing regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
