Airdit Software - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore for training for 1 month then need to shift from the respective location.
Experience: 1 to 3 years

Roles and Responsibilities :
Sales Target Achievement :
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Airdit's software products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Client Engagement :
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Market Research :
- Research industry trends, competitors, and client pain points to develop tailored sales strategies.
- Identify and expand the potential client base.
Collaboration and Reporting :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and technical) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Customer Success Focus :
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software sales, IT services, or related domains.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of SAP solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to handle pressure.
