Job Title : Business Developer and sales executive.

We are a young, fast growing company in the Air quality sector. Our core work will be design and develop cost-effective Air pollution control types of equipment for Indoor and Ambient environments. As a part of our venture, we came up with our first product VISTAR a smart Air purifier with smart sensing technology. Our innovation has already started to attract most of our competitors who are ready to invest over here. As consequently seeing major gains in their product efficiencies with including this innovation into their existing technology. Air Ok is based out of Chennai, An IIT Madras incubated startup. Our team includes graduates from IIT Madras, few expertise's from an industrial background and strong mentor support from IITM.
Job Description :
- BDs will work directly with Founder and other Senior people of the company.
- He will be a part of companies- growth through sales and partnership management opportunities.
- We are looking for BD's who are excited by our core proposition and are able to communicate it effectively to clients.
Responsibilities include (But are not limited to) :
- Contributing to all major aspects of first-time client engagement.
- Researching client prospects and prioritizing engagements.
- Pitching clients and educating them towards technology.
- Identifying business opportunities within the prospective client organization, developing them into leads and closing them successfully.
- Pursuing legal, Technical and commercial approvals with clients.
- Developing strong relationships with existing clients to mine for new business opportunities.
- Exploring other partnership types that could generate substantial revenue for the organization.
Expected Experience :
- 0-2 years of clients experience, ideally with executive presence and a track record of sales impact.
Expected skills :
- The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature with deep commitment and to address the client's requirements.
He should have :
- B2B sales experience.
- Maturity to lead presentations.
- The deep fascination of technology and willingness to learn.
- Capacity to take sound decisions.
- Outstanding organizational skills and process oriented thinking.
- Infectious energy and enthusiasm.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with excellent document preparation skills.

Package : 3-4 Lakhs/ Annum.
