Air-O-Water - Executive - Customer Relation (1-2 yrs)
Work Profile for CRE AirOWater
- Cold calling to customers
- Follow up for BTL activity with Vendor & Marketing agencies
- Build strong and regular connect with the allocated customers
- Become single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer for all their needs
- Ensure accurate and complete information of customers at any point in time
- Maintain confidentiality of customers data
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues
- Data entry of leads generated from IVR, BTL activities etc in Sales Force
- Collate and distribute enquires to respective person .
- Collaborate with internal team Eg. sales Service logistic etc to address customer needs
- Social connect (birthdays, anniversary, festival etc.)
- Events/ promotions ( schemes, new launches, invites call and mailing etc.)
- Handle Ecommerce enquiries
- Must have excellent communication skills.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Excellent communication skill is a must (Writtien and verbal)

Salary: - 20,000.00 to - 25,000.00 /month
