- Responsible to enhance the Brands online reputation
- Monitor, connect, converse, engage and resolve customer queries/complaints received on Social channels
- To understand and adhere to social media etiquettes and response times
- To monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Manage and coordinate escalated issues with appropriate stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
