Position : District Marketing Manager
Location : Multiple locations across Telangana (Karimnagar, Sangareddy, Kamareddy, Hyderabad, Mehboobnagar)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within assigned districts.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and assess competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
