Responsibility:
- Inside sales role, which primarily makes calls an outbound call to the Enterprises.
- Responds to customer incoming inquiries.
- Must have strong experience in Lead Funnel Development, Lead Nurturing, Social Selling, and Generating meetings through Inside Sales/ Calling.
- Needs to work closely with Marketing Team and ensure swift handover of Marketing Qualified prospects, Nurture them and convert them into Sales Qualified Lead.
- Support Sales team in nurturing their Target Account Lists for generating meetings with right contact.
- Help create a Dashboard to report the status and projections visibility of Leads in pipeline and prospective Funnel generated through them.
- Exposure to LinkedIn
- Hands-on attitude and ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Proactive, results-oriented and good organisational skills
- Reliable, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills :
- The candidate should have experience working in the IT Outsourcing Industry and dealing with International Clients.
- The candidate should have experience generating leads through Online Bidding Platform Upwork & LinkedIn.
- The candidate should have proficiency in understanding Client requirements & handling an -initial conversation with the Client.
- The candidate should have proficiency in managing the Sales Cycle, Lead Pipeline, and closing project with the help of a Senior Team member.
- The candidate should be able to formulate Sales strategy with the Senior Team Lead and implement the same to generate leads & business.
- Ability to communicate with the Client & team members in the English language. Ability to learn various aspect related to Information & Technology Service Industry and implement it accordingly.
- Ability to manage a friendly & productive environment with Business Analysts, Technical Team, Project Managers, and other Stakeholders.
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
- Well-versed in Written & Oral Communication Proficient in generating leads through Upwork & LinkedIn
-Proficient in scheduling calls with prospect & closing projects with help of Sales Lead
GOOD TO HAVE :
- Technical knowledge of SDLC Cycle & how IT Outsourcing Industry Works
- Ability to communicate with Client Independently
- Ability to handle end-to-end Sales cycle
