Aikyam Capital - Manager - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support : Assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and supporting ongoing client relationships.
Market Research : Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and potential leads to assist in formulating business strategies.
Documentation and Reporting : Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
Client Interaction Support : Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and communications with potential clients or partners.
Data Management : Organize and maintain business development data, including client details, contact logs, and meeting notes.
Presentation Preparation : Develop and design PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal meetings.
Sales Support : Assist in the creation of sales materials, brochures, and other marketing content tailored to capital markets services.
Collaborative Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
Operational Assistance : Maintain and update business records, databases, and CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in a business support role, preferably in the financial services or capital markets industry.
Capital Markets Knowledge : Basic understanding of capital markets, including equities, bonds, derivatives, and market structures.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to create detailed reports, financial models, and presentations.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise business documents.
Attention to Detail : Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Time Management : Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate with team members and support the overall business development process.
Desirable Skills :
- Experience working with CRM tools and other business development software.
- Knowledge of financial markets regulations and industry best practices.
- Prior experience in business development or sales support in the financial services industry.
