AIFA Labs - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive at AIFA Labs, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, strategic research, and client relationship management to position AIFA Labs as a leader in the AI industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Sourcing and Management:
- Identify and source accurate contact details of decision-makers from platforms such as LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google, and offline networks.
- Maintain an organized database using internal templates and systems for efficient lead management.
2. Sales Meetings:
- Conduct detailed research on potential clients to prepare for impactful meetings.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to:
- Understand the challenges and needs of client businesses.
- Present AiFA Labs as the ideal solution by leveraging relevant case studies.
- Identify and generate client business requirements.
3. Sales Proposals:
- Develop customized presentations and proposals based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the operations team (Business Analysts) to draft precise proposals.
4. Client Coordination:
- Professionally draft and maintain email communications to document all client interactions.
- Act as the liaison between clients and the operations team from contract initiation to project completion.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Persuasion and selling expertise.
- Strong negotiation, questioning, and active listening skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Additional Attributes:
- Strong business acumen.
- Willingness to travel across India.
