Aieze - Manager - Sales (7-12 yrs)
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling SaaS, ERP solutions, cybersecurity services, and software development products, with strong expertise in B2B sales and a deep understanding of government entities. Candidates with existing contacts within government departments will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead sales efforts for SaaS, ERP, cybersecurity, and software development solutions across B2B and government sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in both the private and government sectors.
- Leverage existing contacts within government departments to identify business opportunities and secure new clients.
- Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients, aligning solutions with their needs.
- Drive the full sales process, from lead generation through to closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical) to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and government policies to adapt sales strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to grow professional relationships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 7+ years of sales experience in SaaS, ERP, cybersecurity, and software development solutions.
- Significant B2B sales experience with exposure to government clients.
- Strong network and contacts within government departments (highly preferred).
- Proven track record of closing complex sales deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple client accounts, and manage long sales cycles.
Preferred :
- In-depth knowledge of government processes and sales strategies related to public sector clients.
- Familiarity with current technology trends and how they impact business operations within government organizations.
