Aidbees - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-10 yrs)
At aidbees we are building a platform that facilitates community building, sharing stories, donations, and volunteering. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that works towards increasing the engagement and managing different aspects of Social Media and Digital marketing.
Principal duties and responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Responsible for growth in followers and engagement
- Provide feedback to other departments
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop relationships with NGOs and Schools and corporates
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts as and when decided
- Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
Requirements and qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEM, PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Promotions and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- A degree or certification in digital marketing would be a plus
