Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our team. The LDR will play a crucial role in generating leads, maintaining pipeline integrity, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for detail.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate leads through various channels to continually build a healthy top-of-the-funnel pipeline.

- When a lead is identified the LDR utilizes tools such as CRM, Google and LinkedIn to determine organizational structure, decision makers, and key influencers in the prospect organization.

- Maintain pipeline cleanliness by ensuring all leads are in line with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and removing any noise that would detract from outreach efficiencies.

- Work various lead types defined by the sales team to qualify or disqualify based on specific criteria.

- Provide ongoing sales support by updating prospect profiles in the CRM, and making sure the detail on potential customers, companies or industries is accurate.

- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts and contribute to the development of all lead generation strategies.

- Ensure all tracking and reporting on lead interactions, progress, and outcomes is complete and accounted for in our CRM.

- Meet or exceed assigned contribution targets for lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
