AHA Taxis - Executive - Customer Care (0-1 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAS):
- CSR responsibility managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Growth Driven Generating sales lead that develops into new customers.
- Lead Management System Creating, Maintenance & Reporting.
- Customer Satisfaction Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales and handle grievances to preserve the company reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Education/qualification -Graduate
- 0 to 2 Years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and a fundamental knowledge of Hindi.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
