As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Skills-Based Training Course Lead Generation :
- Identify potential leads for our skills-based training courses through various channels (online research, social media, industry forums, etc.).
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales team for further engagement.
2.Course Conversion :
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and showcase the value proposition of our training courses.
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
3.Organizing Paid Workshops :
- Assist in planning and coordinating paid workshops, including logistics, marketing, and participant registration.
- Ensure a seamless experience for all participants and address any on-site issues.
4.B2B Relations :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our training solutions.
5.Branding and Marketing :
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote our training programs.
- Actively participate in branding initiatives and represent the company in a professional manner.
6. Target Achievement :
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to ensure consistent performance.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor, Master's program.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of lead generation, conversion techniques, and B2B relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
