AgroStar - Manager - Cluster Expansion (3-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1) Identify target sites in high potential locations
2) Develop market strategies for new centre expansion in the assigned geographies
3) Achieve no. of store openings in the markets identified as per the business
4) Plan and Conduct financial analysis and technical feasibility of the site.
5) Streamline and formulate robust legal agreement for new stores with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure
6) Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective landlords
7) Will be responsible to find potential partners who can run the store, the expansion manager also needs to run the BGV check on the partners according to AgroStar guidelines.
8) Once the potential partners has been identified the manager need to set up the stores according to company's expectations
9) Will be responsible for end to end execution of the stores (designing the store according to the specifications and standards of AgroStar)
10) Identifying the store catchment of potential customers and carry out the demand generation plan
11) Responsible for collecting the documents from the partners and complete the on boarding process
12) Responsible for the hygiene check of the stores and providing customer service according to our guidelines. Regular supervision and monitoring of the stores
13) Ensure all the store staff and franchise partner appointed in cluster are trained on SOP's
Job Requirements :
1) Should be comfortable with travelling four to five days in a week
2) Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the state the person will be handling Agri knowledge is a must to have
3) Should be able to communicate in the local language of the state
4) Good to have a degree in Agriculture
5) Must be a hustler and a smart communicator
6) Must to have a good farmer connect
7) Candidate from farming background will be an added advantage
