- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch.
- Maintain a Good Rate of Yield.
- Ensure a high quality portfolio with right product mix.
- Managing the direct and indirect sourcing channels.
- Own overall branch objectives.
- Ensure achievement of overall branch targets by generating business through team.
- Responsible for Developing Channels for provision of highest level of Services.
- Provide support for product launches, and champion new sales initiatives.
- Device strategies for Sales & Service.
- Ensure strong controls to manage disbarment rates.
- Ensure entire branch team is trained adequately.
- Maintain the delinquency target among the branches.
- Responsible for Volume/Profitability Parameters.
- Manage the Sales Budgeting.
Team Management : 40%
- Responsible for monitoring the Sales Force.
- Educate and enhance the awareness of company products through the sales team.
- Train and motivate entire sales force to achieve the desired competency level
- Ensure adequate sales capacity including hiring, training and retention of sales resources.
- Responsible for retention of entire Sales Force.
Coordination & Compliance : 20%
- Adhere to standardized sourcing guidelines.
- Taking care of all process and related escalation.
- Coordinate with all to ensure efficient delivery of Marketing Initiatives.
- Be the single point of contact for all the sales sourcing channels.
