Agrim - Team Lead - Inside Sales (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Team Lead for our Key Account Management (KAM) Team. The Team Lead - Sales will be responsible for maintaining sales performance, customer retention & generating revenue.
The candidate should have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills that help team to build a strong relationship with our customers in order to achieve business metrics.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
1. Assigning specific tasks to KAM team members and monitoring the team's sales performance.
2. Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
3. Generating reports for senior management
4. Assisting with the selling of products available on our platform and services and assisting to maximize sales.
5. Providing team with constructive feedback and assisting members to solve customers' problems.
6. Maintaining positive customer relations.
7. Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
8. Targeting focused approach in order to deliver better retention %age every month.
9. Sharing various insights on products requirements with the cross functional teams and help onboard new suppliers for AGRIM.
REQUIREMENTS
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent (degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous)
2. 2+ years of experience in sales is necessary.
3. Strong sales ability, strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities.
6. Good time management, planning and organizational skills.
