Agrim - Team Lead - Field Sales (1-4 yrs)
TEAM LEAD - FIELD SALES
We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Field Sales division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and a proven ability to lead a team of 10-15 field sales representatives.
1.Experience: 3-8 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or team handling role.
2.Team Management: Proven experience leading and managing a team of 10-15 sales professionals.
3.Sales Expertise: Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving results in a competitive sales environment.
4.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Experience: 3-8 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or team handling role.
