Agrim - Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
Job Description
Agrim is a B2B e-commerce marketplace dealing in agri-inputs categoried in four verticals i.e. Seeds, Agro-chemicals, Agri-tools & Animal (Cattle) Feed.
As Sales Executive you'll be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:
- Build relationships with retailers, and maintaining long lasting relationship with them via cold calling, WhatsApp, emails & meet ups.
- Prior experience into cold calling for inbound & outbound sales process.
- Responsible for business development & revenue generation.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features & benefits.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs & requirement.
Language required: Hindi along with any regional language i.e. Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Oriya, Gujarati, Asamese, Marathi, Bengali
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Agriculture background will be preferred
