Agrigator - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Interaction & onboarding of multiple Fleet owners & transporters relevant to the target demand lane.
- Vendor management, contract management for smooth supply of vehicles
- Obtaining multiple quotes for market price discovery &managing operational activities on targeted lanes.
- Renegotiating contracts with partnered transporters, with new rates to improve profitability and minimize loss.
- Finalization of contracts & managing ground relationships with Fleet owners in multiple supply clusters.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Hunting :
- Generate market intelligence (competition business) of allocated areas
- Identify new micro markets and prioritize basis yield and load
- Identify strong & viable Retail Partners to increase market share
- Build strong infrastructure onboarding
- Retail Partner with dedicated vehicle & dedicated terminal
Farming :
- Ensure organic growth from retention of existing customers
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of customer transactions.
Collections :
- Ensuring timely collection of receivables from clients
- Resolve any pending issues/invoices
Skills :
- 3+ Years of experience in execution of vehicle supply discovery processes on ground to identify relevant Fleet owners and transporters.
- Business Development
- Negotiation skills- Capable of engaging with decision makers
- Market combing- Identification of new prospects through call, Account Management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any bachelor's degree who has proven experience in B2B Sales
- Excellent verbal and written Multilanguage communication.
- Ability to provide effective presentation and solution demonstration.
- Strong networking skills, awareness of the market, negotiation skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Self-confident, good image, and trustworthy.
- Logistics sales experience is an added advantage.
