Roles & Responsibility :
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and by email.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with New & Existing Customers
- Need to do regular and effective follow-ups with Old & repeated Customer
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Have to check your customer order status for necessary action if required.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
