Agrasar - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Societymaker is a social impact organization working in the area of women empowerment. We aim to create a sustainable and scalable business model which will employ marginalized women of migrant community and empower them by providing them a regular source of earning. We do this by training them to make eco friendly products which then have to be marketed in the B2B and B2C sales channel so that they can have their profit share and improve their living.
Duties and responsibilities of sales and marketing assistant :
- Research and analyse market conditions and opportunities for our product
- Develop sales plan for various distribution channels
- Come up with innovative approaches for generating sales both in B2B and B2C business space
- Manage end to end relationship including pitching, negotiation.
- Lead generation and follow ups with the prospects. Prepare reports for the same
- Achieve monthly sales targets through lead conversions.
- Submit reports for various business development activities
- Coordinate with the end user and product development team to aid in developing the right product - market fit
Skills required :
- Bachelors degree and 1-2 years of experience in the sales field.
- Experience or interest in the development sector
- Ability to solve problems creatively and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
