Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The company specializes in the trade of organic chemicals used as raw materials across major industries, including pharmaceuticals, agriculture, cosmetics, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales, particularly within the chemicals sector, and must hold an MBA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of organic chemicals.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in key industries, fostering strong relationships.
- Drive sales efforts by negotiating contracts and closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products, leveraging deep industry knowledge.
- Make high volumes of cold calls, follow-up calls, and client meetings to generate leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to senior management.
Requirements and skills:
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the chemicals or related industrial sectors.
- Strong industry knowledge and the ability to stay updated on market trends and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Resilience and persistence in making numerous calls and conducting extensive outreach to secure sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt strategies in a competitive market.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
